Well it was very successful and had a wonderful group of models that really worked it on the runway! I was even lucky enough to have a photographer Lindsey Winn who took some great photos of the Ladies…
This collection was really about fun and warm colors. I wanted to stick to my signature look of mixing different patterned textiles but have it more fun and flirty than my previous looks. I did a lot of fabric manipulations to create even more textures within the patterned materials. I also wanted to have ruffles to be one of the key details to the collection. [I find it kind of funny that I am almost taller than all the models even with flats]
Oh and also the fashion show was very successful in raising money for the relief effort in Haiti!
